Effective date: 2026-07-08
This Privacy Notice describes how Gongqiaohong Trading Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") processes personal data when you install, register for, or use ElarisHub, a social communication app distributed on Google Play for Android devices. By creating an account or continuing to use the app after the effective date above, you acknowledge this Notice alongside the in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms.
Gongqiaohong Trading Co., Ltd., located at No.B-0223, 1st Floor No.1, East of Nanjiadong, Enyang District, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, is the data controller responsible for the personal data described here. For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact us at dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com. We aim to respond to verified requests within 15 business days unless applicable law requires a different timeline.
ElarisHub is designed for adults. It enables registered users to explore profiles, exchange instant messages, and participate in live text or video conversations. Optional digital goods or features may be unlocked through Google Play Billing where offered in the app.
This Notice applies to the Android version of ElarisHub obtained through Google Play and to related account, messaging, media, and purchase flows described in our store listing. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or payment systems outside our control except where we explain our limited interactions with them (for example, Google Play for billing).
ElarisHub is intended only for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. During onboarding, you must confirm that you meet the age requirement. We do not operate continuous technical age verification or a recurring age-gate beyond that first-use age declaration. If you believe a minor has provided data through the app, contact dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to restrict or remove the account.
The categories of personal data we collect depend on how you use ElarisHub and which optional features you enable. We obtain data from information you submit, from your activity within the app, and from integrated Android platform components and service providers listed in our SDK disclosures.
When you register, sign in, or maintain a profile, we may collect account identifiers and profile information such as nickname, avatar, bio or interest labels, and authentication session data. If you send instant messages, we collect message content, conversation history, and related messaging metadata. When you initiate or join live conversations, we process live video and audio session content. If you capture or upload media, we collect photos and videos from your camera or device media library for profile or chat use. Safety reports, block records, and related context are collected when you use report or block flows.
We collect usage events and diagnostics, including Device ID where applicable, to measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and protect against abuse. Connection quality and signaling diagnostics may be generated during real-time sessions. In-app purchase and entitlement signals are collected when you make or restore purchases through Google Play Billing.
Our app integrates Android platform frameworks and Google Play services components for authentication, billing, and device diagnostics; cloud-hosted services for accounts, profiles, messaging, notifications, and media delivery; real-time communication and video session infrastructure; third-party content moderation interfaces for safety review; and analytics, diagnostics, and crash or performance monitoring components. These components may supply technical identifiers, delivery metadata, or diagnostic signals necessary to operate core features.
We process personal data for defined purposes and rely on an appropriate legal basis (or lawful basis where GDPR terminology applies) for each main activity:
| Processing activity | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Providing registration, sign-in, profiles, messaging, and live conversations | Performance of a contract — necessary to deliver the services you request when you create or use an account |
| Media upload, storage, and display for profile and chat features | Performance of a contract for features you choose; consent where Android permissions or optional uploads require your affirmative action |
| Analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and fraud or abuse prevention | Legitimate interests — we balance these interests against your rights and offer opt-out channels where required by law |
| Content moderation and safety enforcement | Legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligation to address unlawful or harmful content |
| In-app purchases via Google Play Billing | Performance of a contract to deliver purchased digital goods or features |
| Responding to privacy rights requests and regulatory inquiries | Legal obligation where applicable; otherwise legitimate interests in demonstrating compliance |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we evaluate whether our processing is necessary, proportionate, and respectful of your expectations, and you may object in jurisdictions that recognize that right.
ElarisHub requests Android permissions only for features you use. None of the sensitive capabilities below operate in the background unless you are actively using a foreground feature that requires them.
You may revoke permissions at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Apps > ElarisHub > Permissions). Denying a permission may limit related features (for example, you cannot join a video conversation without camera or microphone access while that session is active).
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
We share personal data with service providers and infrastructure partners that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. The following categories describe our primary sharing relationships:
Cloud Hosting / CDN — We may share photos and videos uploaded by users, profile media and message attachments, media file metadata, and storage access related file metadata to store, deliver, and accelerate profile media, messages, and related content for core app features.
Real-time Communication / Video Infrastructure — We may share live video and audio session content, instant messaging payloads and delivery metadata, and connection quality and signaling diagnostics to route, synchronize, and deliver live conversations and instant messaging between users.
Content Moderation Service — We may share user-uploaded photos and videos, chat or profile content flagged for review, and related moderation metadata to detect and prevent illegal, abusive, or policy-violating content and support community safety.
Analytics / Performance Monitoring — We may share usage events, device and app diagnostics, and Device ID to measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
Google Play (payments) — We may share order and entitlement information and transaction identifiers processed in connection with Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases, deliver digital goods or features, and reconcile entitlements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and our services, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.
The following summary aligns with our Google Play Data safety declarations:
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Notice, including operating your account, maintaining conversation integrity where applicable, resolving disputes, enforcing policies, and meeting legal obligations. When you delete your account or request deletion of specific data, we delete or anonymize information within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, or limited retention needed for fraud prevention and safety logs. Purchase records linked to Google Play may remain with Google under Google's policies.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures include access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring for abuse, and vendor management for processors listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong device lock and protect your account credentials.
You may request account deletion through either of the following paths:
Account deletion initiates removal of your profile and associated app data subject to the retention limits in Section 9. Deleting the app from your device without completing account deletion does not remove data held on our servers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data or personal information we process. To exercise any right below, email dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com from the address associated with your account when possible, describe your request clearly, and allow up to 15 business days for our response after verification.

You have the right to request deletion of personal data that we collect, subject to lawful retention needs.
If personal data or personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction (also called rectification in some jurisdictions) by emailing dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com with sufficient detail for us to locate and update the relevant records.
You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
How your users can opt out of the sharing or selling of their data for targeted ads: We do not sell personal and sensitive user data, and we do not share personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising in the manner defined under California law. If you wish to confirm your preferences, opt out of any optional analytics uses where available, or object to processing that could relate to targeted advertising, email dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com with the subject line Opt-out of sharing / sale / targeted advertising. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provides rights including the right to know about personal information collected, the right to access, the right to delete, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to know about sharing. You have the right to know whether your personal data is shared with third parties and for what business purposes. Under the CCPA, personal information and personal data are treated as protected categories, and our disclosures in Section 7 describe when data may be shared with service providers and infrastructure partners.
Under the CCPA, the terms "share" and "sharing" have a specific definition under California law that differs from everyday use. Sharing can include making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. For a complete description of our actual sharing practices, refer to Section 7. California residents may exercise the right to know by emailing dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com with the subject California Right to Know Request; we aim to respond within 15 business days.
If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) grants rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal our response if denied. Contact dortheyrlaurenstr@gmail.com to submit a VCDPA request.
How to opt out of certain processing under the VCDPA:
We have designated Data Protection Officer, Gongqiaohong Trading Co., Ltd. to oversee data protection compliance for ElarisHub. Because we operate globally and use cloud infrastructure, personal data may be processed in countries other than your own, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
